his response, "Marge, (yes, i'm Marge too) we're not young kids anymore"

perhaps he just doesn't get it............or

boy, what a difference a day makes....yesterday we were slammed with ER's...today we had two patients, and one ER that was euthanized

the cria on the far left was in CCU over night after having a sub arachnoid cyst drained.....here she is the next morning, back with momma and her twin! you can see where her sugery was, there is a catheter in her ear vein and one in her jugular....she is doing very well, went right to her momma to suckle...

this sweet, old Pit came in on ER, she was hypertensive...stayed the day, got some meds and went home feeling a lot better!

a young Golden recovering from major surgery to remove a huge mass that surrounded one of her kidneys....she's doing so, so...still critical

a young Jack Russell that got beat up by some big dogs, broke a couple ribs and had the laceration on her hip....no surgery required, spent the night and went home today.....super cute puppy!

now a relaxing evening at home with my healthy pack!

i started the day reading in the garage with the dogs....wishing Spike a happy turkey day....

had a relaxing day watching the Pack win, hanging out with the dogs...no stress...back to work in the am!

the Vet Tech program was holding a pet fair today, this is a ball python...snakes don't bother me, unless they go for my throat!we went up to Baraboo to visit Marge's parents, his mom just got out of the hospital after a bout with diverticulitis, she's pretty wiped out, but doing well...
this monument is near their house...stopped to see what it read....there is a huge casino about 6 miles away, run by native americans, we stopped by there too, just to do a quick run through....i never really liked gambling, even when i lived in Vegas...but enjoyed the casino environment in those days....getting all fancy and going to my favorite shows...Tom Jones, Ann Margaret, Cher, Pointer Sisters, Siegfreid and Roy, Eddi Rabbit, Robert Goulet......it was a whirlwind of experiences! that is almost a lifetime ago....

Katelyn, my beautiful niece, showing Dad all the things she made for Thanksgiving....what a sweetheart! all my Mom has to do is put the turkey in the oven.....you go girl!

Kristopher and Katelyn are my middle brothers kids (Karll)....my other two brothers have never married and have no kids...(a good thing if they're not married!)....so these are the only Kruse's to carry on the name...they are both at the University of Wisconsin

had a relaxing day....went in to work from 6a-8:30a, went and worked out....i'm still a little surprised that i am down 20lbs from 10 months ago...but, eating healthy, staying away from sugar and anything processed certainly pays off...i feel really good at this point and just want to continue to feel healthy.....
visited with Spike and Tonya for a couple hours this afternoon, both are doing well, Tonya is tired, needs to take some time off, and Spike was complaining he is lonely...even though the nursing students are coming by in groups of two a couple times a week, he says they just sit there and don't talk, i told him they come to hear his life stories.......
Marge and i were going to see a movie, on my Fandango app it said the show was at 4....when we got there the young man said the next showing was at 7p....oh well, we went to Menards instead and spent a lot of money(their motto is "save a lot of money at Menards")....tis the season for home improvements...always love this time of year...:)

i'll leave you to relax this evening with Tahoe checking out the fridge and a quote of the day from Marge....."you don't have to ride the garbage truck all the way to the dump!"
